For 16 years, I've been passionately building and developing business ventures that change the world for the better. My biggest adventure is Luxon LED - a company that we've grown together with the team from a small startup to an organization employing over 100 people. Along the way, I've learned that people and their development are the most important aspects in business.

Today, besides managing Luxon LED as CEO, I share my experience as a mentor and advisor, helping other entrepreneurs develop their companies. I'm fascinated by using new technologies and automation to increase business efficiency. Outside of work, I'm a happy husband and dad, and I spend my free time running and following Formula 1 racing :)

Polish manufacturer of LED lighting, providing efficient lighting solutions for industry, infrastructure, and retail chains. The company offers comprehensive services from audit through design to installation, focusing on energy efficiency and savings for customers.

Faserflex

Company established in 2024, specializing in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for telecommunications infrastructure. Focuses on the German market, offering comprehensive fiber optic network construction services.

LeanToWin

Consulting firm specializing in business process optimization through Lean Management methodology implementation. Offers consultations, workshops, and proprietary tools supporting organizational efficiency. Works with family businesses and startups, helping build sustainable competitive advantage.

Completed Projects

Lumilook

Technology startup (2021-2024) developing an AI platform for monitoring safety and operations in warehouses. The project provided valuable experience in developing AI and computer vision-based products, despite not achieving commercial success.

Tokeo

Innovative marketplace (2014-2015) connecting users with experts through a video consultation platform. The project built a network of experts and provided key lessons in B2C platform development and user acquisition strategy.
